How JS On/Off works
When you click the extension icon, JS On/Off identifies the hostname of the website in your active browser tab.
It then uses Chrome’s built in content settings to enable or disable JavaScript for that website.
The page is automatically reloaded so you can immediately inspect the result.
JS On/Off can also remember locally which websites have JavaScript disabled so the extension can display the correct state when you return to them.

Information the extension uses
JS On/Off needs to identify the hostname of the website in your currently active tab when you click the extension icon.
